The Westchester Library System is phasing out phone notifications by the end of the year.
This means: If you have “phone calls” as your hold notification preference, you need to change it to “email” or “text”.
The automated renew-by-phone number, 914-674-4169, is also being discontinued.
If you do not have access to texts or email, call the library directly to check on your holds status.
