New Boiler Installed, We Have Heat!

You may have noticed that it has been a little cold in the library building the last few weeks. The Library has been in the process of replacing our old oil fired boiler with a new, cleaner, and more efficient gas fired boiler.

This project has not been without its challenges for all involved. There is now heat in the building. Over the next few days, we will be optimizing the boiler settings to allow for even heat throughout the Library.

The staff have been terrific throughout the entire time, working in chilly conditions, however, they wanted the library open to all of you, our patrons, and you have responded by being very patient. This goodwill is what makes this a great library for the Village.
