Donna Moriarty, author of the new book, Not Just Words: How a Good Apology Makes You Braver, Bolder, and Better at Life, will read excerpts, quiz the audience on recent public apologies (good and bad), and troubleshoot tricky apology situations. Books will be available for sale and signing by the author.
