Nutrition & Mindful Eating

Thursday, April 18 | 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm | add to Google Calendar

We are what we eat!!

Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually the food we take in, the thoughts we have, and the energy we absorb all impact how we feel.  In this seminar led by Stephanie Filardi of Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary, we will discuss proper nutrition & mindful eating, meditation & emotional balance, and how to manage our energy.

Stephanie Filardi, yogi, shaman, and mentor is inspired to live in a world where people laugh more, love more, and choose JOY as a way of life.  Stephanie is co-founder of Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary.   Her first self-published, award winning  book, Reclaiming Joy: Your 4 Step Guide to Happy, Healthy & Free is the foundation for her life’s work.
