Enjoy this short Feldenkrais Method lesson to destress your shoulders, with Patricia Wahl, GCFP. Using gentle, small movements, this lesson is accessible to all skill levels. All you need for the lesson is, comfortable clothing, floor space with a blanket or mat to lie on, as well as a couple of folded towels for your head.
