Cole Porter is recognized as one of the greatest composers for Broadway and Hollywood during the golden years. His musicals dominated Broadway from the 1930’s to the 1950’s. Porter ruled the Hit Parade with Anything Goes, My Heart Belongs to Daddy, I Love Paris, Begin the Beguine, Can-Can, You’re the Top, Let’s Do It, and Don’t Fence Me In. His songs are among the greatest glories of the American songbook.
