Adult Craft Program

This month we will decoupage cardboard cutouts of Halloween shapes. Choices will include a pumpkin, witch’s hat and candy corn.
Decoupage is the art of decorating surfaces by applying cutouts (as of paper) and then coating with several layers of finish (such as lacquer or varnish).
